Q. Do you have a shop that we could visit?

A. Currently we are online only. Our head offices are based in Lincolnshire.

Q. I've seen something that I like on your website. How do I pay for it?

A. Select your item and follow through to the checkout. You can pay for your product using the PayPal platform.

Q. I've received my purchase but it doesn't fit me.

A. All the sizes that we give our items come straight from the label and we detail as accurate as possible. We always include the length of an item (max length from shoulder down on tops) and the measurement from armpit to armpit on women's tops. 

Q. I've received my purchase and it is damaged.

A. Please get in touch with us straight away. If the item has been damaged in transit then we need to contact our courier immediately. We do our best to select clothing which is of the best possible quality. However if an item has slipped through then please get in touch with us and send us a picture if possible and we will provide a full refund as per our terms and conditions.
